Dustin Heaps grew up in Florida — not the tourist version, but the real one. The storms. The humidity. The salt air that corrodes everything it touches. He watched coastal homes get beaten down by conditions that most roofing contractors simply aren't equipped to handle.
He entered the roofing industry in 2005 and didn't just learn it — he mastered it. A deep understanding of how roofing systems are actually engineered and installed, combined with the ability to communicate that knowledge clearly to homeowners, made him one of the top performers at every company he worked for.
In 2015, Dustin founded Coastal Roofing & Waterproofing with one goal: build the roofing company he wished existed when he was sitting across the table from homeowners. One that tells the truth, does the work right, and stands behind every job.
A decade later, CRWP serves Florida's coastal communities from the Gulf to the Atlantic — and beyond, into the Caribbean.
